Plain English — how your details are used when you join a pub's list.
When you join, the pub you signed up with is responsible for your details (the “data controller”). Loyal Local — run by GeeTee Consulting — handles them on that pub's behalf to deliver the service (the “data processor”).
Your name, email, mobile number and postcode, and — only if you choose to give it — your birthday for birthday treats.
Solely to send you that pub's offers and alerts — beer offers, food deals, rooms and events — by email and text. Nothing else. We do this because you gave your consent when you ticked the box to join.
You can unsubscribe from any message with one tap, at any time. You can also ask the pub to remove you from their list completely, or ask for a copy of the details they hold about you.
Your details are never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Only the pub you joined and Loyal Local (to run the service) can see them. They are kept while you are a member and removed on request, or if the pub leaves the service.
